Grounded in science,
centered on you

Our therapy is backed by research and delivered with care.

We use evidence-based approaches that are proven to support real change—not just in theory, but in your everyday life.

We’re trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and strengths-based. That means we see you as the expert in your own experience. We honour your identity, your values, and your pace.

With us, you’ll find a space that’s safe, respectful, and built for growth.

Therapy isn't
one-size-fits-all.

We offer a range of treatment options grounded in science and tailored to you.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or seeking more balance, we’ll find the right blend of approaches to support your unique journey.

Therapy should feel like it fits—we’re here to make sure it does.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Processing trauma with safety, clarity, and care.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy designed to help people heal from distressing memories and traumatic experiences. It works by using eye movements or other forms of rhythmic stimulation to support your brain’s natural ability to process and integrate difficult events. This approach doesn’t require you to talk in detail about what happened—instead, it helps reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences so you can move forward with greater calm, clarity, and confidence. EMDR is widely used to treat PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related concerns.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Understanding patterns, creating change.

CBT is one of the most well-researched and effective therapies for anxiety, depression, and a range of mental health challenges. It helps you identify unhelpful thought patterns, shift behaviours, and develop practical tools to feel more in control of your emotions and everyday life. With CBT, we focus on the “here and now”—what’s happening in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours—and work together to create healthier responses and lasting change.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Live fully, even with the hard stuff.

ACT is a values-based approach that helps you accept difficult emotions, stay present, and take meaningful action toward the life you want. Rather than trying to eliminate painful thoughts or feelings, ACT encourages you to make room for them—while focusing on what truly matters to you. We use ACT to support clients with anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions, helping you build a richer, more connected life grounded in your personal values.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Building emotional balance and stronger relationships.

DBT is a structured therapy that teaches powerful skills to help you regulate emotions, manage distress, and improve relationships. It combines mindfulness with practical tools to navigate intense feelings and reduce harmful patterns. Core DBT skills include: -Mindfulness: staying grounded and aware in the present -Emotion regulation: understanding and managing strong emotions -Distress tolerance: getting through tough moments without making things worse -Interpersonal effectiveness: communicating clearly and maintaining boundaries Originally developed for emotional dysregulation, DBT is now used to support a wide range of challenges, helping you build a more stable and fulfilling life.

Schema Therapy

Healing old patterns, meeting your emotional needs.

Schema Therapy helps you understand the deep-rooted beliefs—called schemas—that shape how you see yourself, others, and the world. These patterns often develop early in life when important emotional needs weren’t met. By gently exploring these schemas, we can uncover the emotional drivers behind your current struggles and help you find new, healthier ways to respond. Schema Therapy is especially useful for long-standing issues like low self-worth, emotional sensitivity, and relationship challenges. It’s a powerful, emotionally attuned therapy that gets to the heart of lasting change.

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Finding your own path to change.

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative approach that helps you explore your own reasons for change—without pressure or judgment. It's especially helpful when you're feeling stuck, ambivalent, or unsure about your next steps. Instead of telling you what to do, we work with you to uncover your motivations, strengthen your confidence, and support meaningful, self-directed change. MI is often used to support behavioural change, including around health, lifestyle, and substance use, and pairs well with other therapeutic approaches.
